Nominated by Chongqing Tongjing Tourism Development Co., Ltd., this resort is located along the Yulin River, Tongjing Town, Yubei District, Chongqing—approximately 60 kilometers from downtown. As one of Chongqing’s oldest hot springs, it covers 15 square kilometers and integrates natural landscapes such as mountains, rivers, forests, springs, gorges, caves, and waterfalls, earning the title of "Wuling Fairyland." Boasting Chongqing’s only geological wonder of coexisting hot and cold springs, it features 25 natural springs—including sand gushing springs, hanging springs, pearl springs, and geological growth springs—with a daily output of 18,000 cubic meters and temperatures ranging from 42-62°C. Rich in strontium, calcium sulfate, metasilicic acid, and other minerals and trace elements, the water meets medical thermal mineral water standards for boric acid and metasilicic acid, offering exceptional therapeutic value.

The hot spring area features 48 distinctive pools, including Tongjing Spring, exotic fish therapy pools, and hot spring surfing pools, accommodating thousands of visitors simultaneously. The indoor water park is equipped with underwater massage chairs and children’s water amusement facilities, while the music surfing area hosts dynamic surfing activities daily, providing diverse soaking experiences. Divided into functional zones such as the hot spring area, canyon sightseeing area, and cave area, the resort offers comprehensive supporting facilities including a five-star hotel, convention center, and hot spring wellness center. Since its development in 1982, "Tongjing Gorge Apes" and "Tongjing Hot Spring" have twice been selected as "Top 12 Scenic Spots of Bayu."
