On July 14, 2026, a delegation led by Gan Xiaochuan, Director of the Mountain Outdoor Sports Development Center of Guizhou Province, accompanied by Deputy Director Cai Shunyu and Director of the General Office Liu Yungui, visited the International Mountain Tourism Alliance (IMTA). They held exchange talks with IMTA Vice Chairman Liu Zhaohui and heads of relevant IMTA Secretariat departments, conducting in-depth discussions on upgrading events and activities for the International Conference of Mountain Tourism and Outdoor Sports and enhancing Guizhou's international influence in outdoor sports, reaching a consensus on cooperation. In the future, the two sides will establish a long-term communication mechanism, jointly cultivate outdoor event brands with international standards, and promote the high-quality integrated development of culture, tourism, and sports in Guizhou.
