Senior tourism adviser and former regional director for Asia and the Pacific, UNWTO. He has been responsible for Asia-Pacific tourism administration in the Secretariat of the UNWTO for many years. He has extensive organizational experience in international cooperation and coordination, and has a lot of research and accumulation in the areas of Asia-Pacific tourism development strategy and policy formulation. At the beginning of this century, he hosted or coordinated most of the technical cooperation projects in China on behalf of the UNWTO.
