Honorary Secretary-General of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), master in politics of Paris Institute of Polit.Studies. He has written several books and discourses on French and international tourism, and served as the minister of the Atout France, the Deputy Secretary-General and Secretary-General of UNWTO. He has made outstanding contributions to the development of the global tourism industry.
