On July 7, the 2025 "Arts and Culture Flow · Vibrant Guizhou" cultural and tourism exchange event between the mainland, Hong Kong, and Macao opened in Guiyang, Guizhou Province. The event is jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the People's Government of Guizhou Province, with support from the Hong Kong and Macao Work Office of the Central Committee and the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council. Attending the opening ceremony and the Guizhou Cultural and Tourism Promotion Session were approximately 160 participants, including government officials, experts, scholars, industry representatives, and media guests from the cultural and tourism sectors of the mainland, Hong Kong, and Macao.

The event will feature cultural and tourism promotion sessions in Guiyang, Anshun, and Qiandongnan, along with thematic workshops on intangible cultural heritage inheritance, scenic area development, and urban culture. These activities aim to showcase Guizhou's rich cultural and tourism resources and development achievements, foster in-depth exchanges and cooperation between the mainland, Hong Kong, and Macao in the cultural and tourism sectors, and open a new chapter in collaborative development. The event will run until July 13.
