Snowshoe Mountain's Blues, Brews and BBQ fest is set for Friday-Saturday, July 27-28
SNOWSHOE W.Va. - Snowshoe Mountain is prepping for one of its biggest summer weekends - the annual Blues, Brews, and BBQ Festival: a mountaintop showcase of the region’s best craft beers and ciders paired with some down-home, finger-lickin’ barbeque, and the bold sounds of world-renowned blues artists such as Ben Prestage and Joe Louis Walker.
Maryland-based and internationally traveling blues rocker, Reggie Wayne Morris and his band kicks off the fest at 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 27.
On Saturday, July 28, the craft beer part of the festival runs 4 to 7 p.m. Event tickets must be picked up or sold from The Depot before proceeding to event venue where they will be a steady stream of blues rock, BBQ and beer.
The music stage will feature Florida native and Memphis-based blues artist, Ben Prestage at 3 p.m., Blues Hall of Fame member, Rusty Wright at 5:30 p.m., and fellow Hall of Famer, Joe Louis Walker at 7:30 p.m.
The Brew Fest will feature a wide range of craft brews and ciders from West Virginia, Virginia and from around the country.
