Huazhu Group: over 7.35 million visitors in Spring Festival holiday, up 2.3 times year on year

According to the data of Huazhu Group, over 7.35 million visitors were received during the Spring Festival holiday in 2024, which was 2.3 times that of last year's Spring Festival holiday. The hotel occupancy rate increased by over 20 percentage points compared to last year's Spring Festival holiday, and increased by nearly 12 percentage points compared to the hotel occupancy rate of the Spring Festival holiday in 2019 on a comparable basis.

As of December 31, 2023, HUAZHU operated 9,394 hotels in 18 countries, with 912,444 rooms in operation. The group operates 31 hotel and apartment brands, covering the luxury to economy market. The brands operating in China include Xi Yue, Hua Jian Tang, Meilun International, Orange Crystal, Manxin, Meilun, Mercure, CitiGO Huange, Quanjili, Orange, Hanting, Xingcheng, Ibis, Haiyou, Hello, Chengjia Apartment, Ruitai Apartment Hotel, as well as cooperative brands such as Novotel, Grand Mercure and Citadines Apartment Hotel.
