The 46th Australian Tourism Exchange (ATE26) opened this week in Adelaide, the capital of South Australia, with over 2,700 delegates in attendance. This marks the first time since 2018 that ATE has been held at the Adelaide Convention Centre. The four-day event brings together international buyers and Australian tourism operators to drive future inbound tourism growth through business networking, social events, and destination experiences.
This year’s exchange features more than 700 buyers and travel agents from 32 countries and regions, who have scheduled over 55,000 pre-booked appointments with 1,400 representatives from Australia’s tourism industry. Among them, 131 buyer organizations are first-time participants, and 74 brand-new tourism products are being showcased at the event.
